The information does not have a house number. The telephone number was for someone in Nairobi who was not helpful, so we had trouble getting past the security gate. Turns out there was a reason... the house was not available...we booked in 5 months ahead!! Supposedly an email was sent, but we never received it and we had been traveling for weeks, you do not send an email to cancel a reservation without making sure the person received it! We can honestly say we never received such email. The people in the sales office scrambled and helped us get another place, but it was not equal to what we books and we had to pay the same cost. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
